Stephen Cooks http://www.stephencooks.com/ is back after a few months away from blogging. Stephen was recently discovered that he had Type 2 Diabetes. He will slowly adapt some of his existing as well as new recipes that are diabetic friendly. All of his existing recipes are in the archives. This is one of my favorite blogs.

I have put up the May banner because we are leaving for a three week vacation on Thursday. We will not return until May 10 or 11.
