I have done very well and have been to several cook/bake offs although I have never won a grand prize. Thank you for your very kind review. Yes, I spent a majority of my time in the chocolate industry, but also spent my fair share of time in the edible nut and general confectionary industry as well.
I love spending my free time here, and sharing what I can with other bloggers. I especially love what I learn on a daily basis.
