Instead of a cookbook the winner of the August givaway will have the choice of a one (1) year subscription to Bon Appetit Magazine OR a one (1) year subscription to Gourmet Magazine.
From 12:01 AM (eastern) on Saturday, August 1, 2009 until 11:59 PM (eastern) on Sunday, August 16, 2009 leave a comment under this post with your email (I need the email to notify the winner). I will have a random drawing for the winner on Monday, August 17, 2009. You do not have to declare which magazine you want until you are notified that you are the winner. So, you have a couple of weeks to think about it.
Be advised that I will enter the subscription within a couple of days of notification. However, it will take 4 - 6 weeks for the first issue of your magazine to arrive.

My dad subscribed to Gourmet Magazines for many years - from sometime in the 50's till his death a few years ago. He loved it and cooked some great food when I was growing up.
