- I am a retired teacher with time on my hands. I love to cook and bake. For the past eight years my hobby has been entering recipe contests. I have done very well and have been to several cook/bake offs although I have never won a grand prize. The cake looks beautiful, Carole! I take terrible pictures, so I admire this one! Thanks for the notice about the Irish cookbook; that reminds me that I need to put the St. Paddy's Day garland in the bushes with my holiday -- NOT Christmas lights overstaying their welcome! -- lights ....
The lemons are sliced so thin...the dish looks very refreshing!
