Using Random.org the magic number is 9. The name associated with number 9 is mverno. I have emailed mverno and as soon as I hear back I will mail the book.
I only had 57 enter this month's contest. Last month when I gave away the gift certificate I had 264 enter. So its clear that you, my readers, prefer gift certificates. In the future I will try to always give gift certificates.
