This is the $1,000,000.00 winner of the 2010 Pillsbury Bakeoff. I would be terrified to use ice cream in a judged recipe. Afraid I would not get it to the judges while it was intact. More power to the NJ lady.

Amen to that, Carole! I always think "Will it stay hot/cold and be at its best when presented?" Ice cream would never even enter my mind as a possibility, especially for Pillsbury with so many participants and so much at stake!
