I have undergone 3 surgeries in the past 4 weeks and am happy to report the all the cancer is gone. I still have to go through 5 weeks of daily (M-F) radiation to zap any stray cancer cells which may have moved outside the margins. This will begin on 8/16. From what I understand the first few weeks are fairly simple although I will get tired. I may experience some burning during the last two weeks but they will give me creams and gels.
