The only information I can find on Ambrosia & Nectar http://divineambrosia.blogspot.com/ is that it is hosted by Annmarie in London. However, the recipes are nice.

This is a comment to the mushroom and cauliflower soup - that looks really good. I plan to try that over the holiday weekend. I have some morels that would be good in that.
