I have been on a tear, making bundt cakea like crazy. I got the idea of using non-alcoholic cocktail mixes in place of the liquid in a bundt cake recipe. This was good but a little too dry. Next time I will add a few extra tablespoons of the cocktail mix.

Good idea instead of squeezing out the lemons and limes, plus you can make a cocktail with the leftover mix if things don't work out right. lol
